Midspan MX for full power on all ports

The IEEE 802.3af standard for Power over Ethernet allows up to 15.4 Watts per port. For 24 ports, that equates to 370 total Watts. Competitive products typically provide 200 to 250 Watts total output power. Even so called "HIGH POWER" units with non-standard maximum output power of 39 Watts only offer a total of 200 Watts.

The Midspan MX is designed to provide FULL POWER To all 24 ports. With its total of 382 output watts available, the MX powers 24 devices, each drawing 15.4 Watts. The MX has enough power left over to charge the optional BACKUP JUICE; an integrated UPS System specifically designed for the MX.
