DP20B Stand Alone Power

The DP20B is a small battery-backed desktop telecommunications power supply that provides power for up to three NT1's and six multipoint ISDN telephones. It supplies 48 VDC and supports a twenty watt load. The built-in battery provides up to four hours of holdover time. The DP20B has three eight way telephone jacks on the rear panel, and allows powering of both the NT1 and the terminal equipment at either the U interface or the S/T interface.

The DP20B-E ("Extender" version) adds an RJ45 punchdown block and mounting plate that is pre-wired for multiple NT1's. In addition, the Extender acts as a splitter to allow a single four pair wire to be split into three separate lines from its distribution block. This feature can be used to provide fast frame video with three BRI lines. The DP20B-E can be operated on the desktop or mounted to the wall.

For applications not requiring battery backup, the 1215B wall mount power supply provides an economical solution for one NT1 and two phones.
