ISDN Distribution Bays

The PDP-30 power distribution panel, designed to be used in conjunction with the DM-500 distribution module, provides a high density medium for the distribution of DC power to all type of ISDN and related CPE. The unit has been designed for ease of installation: the PDP30 is mountable either on a wall or within a 19" rack; mounting brackets for 23" or 25" racks may be ordered as options (specify 23RM or 25RM after the model number). The PDP-30 houses up to ten DM-500 distribution modules which are plugged in on the front of the unit.

The DM-500 is an application specific power distribution module specifically designed to be compatible with the powering requirements of ISDN NT1's and terminals. Two 6-way modular jacks are provided to supply power for up to 24 NT1's and a standard 50-way champ connector provides power for up to 50 multipoint ISDN terminals. Overcurrent protection is provided on all outputs through the use of thermal fusing.
