Installation

SEI has extensive experience in the installation of new or upgraded AC UPSs and DC Power Systems in critical sites and under adverse conditions. This experience includes:

Switch Sites
The ability to integrate and upgrade power into working central office and other sites requires the ability to interface with both operations and construction staffs in order to satisfactorily accomplish the job within designated time frames.

Hot Work
The "hot work" on a live power system is the ultimate benchmark on which to judge your installation team. SEI has worked on literally hundreds of "hot cuts" in a safe and efficient manner that meets the twin goals of speed and reliability necessary to prevent loss of power to the load during cut-overs.

PBX's
Sizing and designing power systems, installation, and grounding considerations, understanding the switch and user requirements are all part of a successful installation. SEI has installed power systems for well over 1,000 major PBX's. SEI understands the overall system requirements and our ability to work closely with the PABX vendor and manufacturer is critical in a successful installation.

Computers / LAN's
SEI has installed uninterruptible powering systems for major computer centers. The capability to understand the real powering needs of peripherals as well as the CPU are paramount in designing and installing a site that provides for growth and reliability. In the critical area of LAN's, SEI's understanding of grounding considerations and interconnectivity also becomes a most important factor.

Cellular / Fiber
