LOCATION
Baltimore, Maryland; the building was a newly renovated downtown high rise.

SCOPE OF WORK
SEI was engaged to size the customers PBX power requirements and to determine the actual power requirements of a multitude of low powered data processing equipment. Once our recommendations were submitted and appraised, SEI was selected to engineer, furnish and install the necessary UPS system and associated battery plant. The task included:
  • Calculating, measuring and estimating the total power requirements of the combined systems.
  • Specifying the UPS and Battery.
  • Designing the electrical service and distribution system.
