Service & Maintenance
SEI will develop a specific maintenance agreement to fit your site needs. Agreements can include evaluation services, preventive maintenance, and emergency services.
Peace of mind
Maintenance contracts are tailored to your power system. These services uncover hidden potential problems that could cause costly repairs, or total system failure. With an SEI preventive maintenance agreement your equipment is kept in peak condition, thereby greatly reducing the chances of an emergency "out of power" situation.
Scheduled Maintenance
The benefits of having scheduled maintenance with SEI include a set service rate for the contracted period (discounted from non-contract rates), timely response in emergencies, dedicated renewal parts availability, and documented service records. Visual and thermal inspections, cleaning, meter readings, electrical measurements, adjustments, mechanical checks and any necessary component replacement, are just a few of the services available with our scheduled maintenance programs.
24 Hour Emergency Service
SEI maintains a 24 hour 800 emergency number. Emergency repair is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Rapid response and loaner systems are available for disaster recovery.
Training
SEI will develop and conduct a service training program for your employees, covering the maintenance of your unique power equipment. These customized programs cover basic engineering, instrumentation, installation, maintenance and trouble shooting. Proper training will yield longer equipment life, maximum equipment efficiency and reduced downtime. The next best thing to SEI's trained service and maintenance staff is a staff of your own, educated by SEI.
Other Services
- Power Audits: SEI specialists thoroughly evaluate your unique power system with our Power Profile, Audit, Correct and TEST (Power PACT) program. - Battery Management: Batteries represent a sizable monetary investment as well as being the source of back-up power. A single battery cell failure can cause a complete system failure with severe repercussions to your business or service. SEI's experience in managing batteries insures a fail-safe environment from pre-installation testing through proper maintenance to warranty replacement,
- Disaster Recovery: SEI provides recovery services that include site surveys through equipment replacement for DC plants, UPS and batteries
